EMAIL REQUEST FOR PAYMENT - PLEASE READ

If you've received an email from someone giving our name and requesting payment, but you've never heard of us - PLEASE IGNORE THIS, IT'S A SCAM!

Please read on -

A lot of people have been contacted by email by a company supposed to be acting on our behalf requesting payment. This DOES NOT COME FROM US.

Unfortunately someone has got hold of our name and is using it to email people for fraudulent purposes. We have checked with our IT people and they have assured us nothing has been generated by our own computer system.

The important thing is PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANYTHING. Above all, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN UP ANY LINKS ON THE EMAIL.

From what we have been told, you should forward the email to:

NFIBPhishing@city-of-london.pnn.police.uk

They will then investigate this further.
